If you are looking for basic management services such as collecting rent, disbursements and monthly statements, our baseline is 5% management fee.

We also have packages available for advanced property management services, with these add-ons you will get many more resources including, 24/7/365 maintenance call center and AppFolio Property Management Software with Owner and Tenant access. Full service property management starts off at 8% per month depending on property needs and location of property(s).

We discount portfolios of 4 properties or more that are located in the same metro.

You can add a la carte services such as making monthly HOA payments, yearly or quarterly property taxes on your behalf, additional inspections (quarterly, twice a year, etc), overseeing home renovations, just ask and we can customize to your needs.

We never upcharge your maintenance repair bills (yes, companies do this) and while the unit is vacant, we do not charge any management fees.
